Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with the order number and state the product condition within 14 days of delivery for an authorization for returns. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

If we authorize an exchange of product, we will email an Authorization and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged or defective items must be returned to us with the original full packaged and wrapped. We will verify its condition before replacement is made. If we find the defect described in your message, we will arrange a replacement for the defective item(s) accordingly.
